Bello TV Stands Guide

What is a tv stand like this called. Is there one compatible for Samsung TV's?

I have been looking for a tv stand for a long time as i do not like the typical glass stands. I was over my friends the other day and she has a panasonic tv which sits on her stand using a bracket. See below on the link

I would like a stand like this for a 32 inch Samsung?. Is there a certain name for these types of stands or can you buy them and fit a universal fitting on to them …or ….help lol
